Honda sells more than 300,000 hybrid vehicles
- HONDA MOTOR CO. (TSE:7267) announced Wednesday that near the finish of January it had sold more than 300,000 mixture vehicles worldwide, reaching the milestone less than 10 years after introducing its Perception mixture domestically in November 1999. The automaker reported that cumulative worldwide sales of mixture vehicles stood at 300,740 as of January 31.
* In adding to the Perception, it also sells mixture versions of its Civic and Accord.
* The Civic Mixture has been the superlative seller, with sales totaling 255,249 vehicles
