After an exhaustive search, General Motors has finally found . buyer for its struggling Hummer SUV brand..

GM released few details about the transaction, saying only that it signed . memorandum of understanding with an outside company. GM also noted that it will continue to build Hummer SUVs for the new owner until at leat 2010..
