Also, Eberhard's attorney reports that his client is “very pleased” with the result. We can only imagine what sort of payout was required to reach the “very pleased” threshold. Also, is it strange that we know more about Eberhard and Musk personally than we do about how the Tesla Roadster and the Model S drive?
