According to a recent report, GM vice chairman, Bob Lutz has announced Cadillac will build a CTS-V Sport Wagon.
While details are limited, the forthcoming model will likely be powered by a supercharged 6.2-liter V8 engine with 556 horsepower and 551 ft-lbs of torque. Weighing a tad more than the sedan, the CTS-V wagon should be able to accelerate from 0-60 mph in around 4.1 seconds (the sedan accomplishes the same task in 3.9 seconds).
When a Car and Driver writer asked if the CTS-V wagon was confirmed, Lutz responded “You’ll be able to get the CTS-V any way you want.” Vague, but probably accurate – the CTS-V wagon will be joined by the CTS-V Coupe next summer.
