Reader View: Have been you the brandnew tuner Pontiac Firebird loyalty, a Chevy Camaro Z28, or something else?
Autoblog tipster Mark has sent in these images of what appears to be some sort of Chevrolet Camaro physique restyling pack that turns a Bowtie musclecar the latter-day Pontiac Firebird tribute. As posted on GMInsideNews forums, there is speculation which a mule could actually be the Camaro Z28, what with the large metalcover bulge as well as all, but a styling doesn’t appear right to us, nor does the prototype’s deception pattern. You suspect it’s more expected an aftermarket affair, something along a lines of the Kevin Morgan Designs ‘Phoenix’ project, a ASC redux, or a Lingenfelter 455 T/A judgment.
A antecedent was spotted in suburban Detroit area when its automobile cover tosomeextent blew off whilst parked, giving Symbo l a opportunity to capture his chase. Unfortunately, a cover apparently never came all the approach off, so we’re left wondering what’s been finished to a back end. Judging by what you can see of the cover’s outline, it doesn’t crop up to have been left alone, so the oddity remains piqued. Thanks for the photos, Mark!
