According to a report from Autocar, Toyota will launch its subsequent couple of hybrid vehicles underneath a Prius banner in the spring of 2011. A two new bodystyles will include a Prius-based wagon and an MPV, or minivan. After which, the Japanese automaker will reportedly turn its courtesy to a sporty coupe model which would theoretically go up against the new Honda CR-Z.

Design which coupe to have the similar look as well as feel to a FT-CH judgment that was shown at a Detroit Automobile Show. Eventually, Toyota is said to be developing a hybrid powertrain for the RAV4 compress SUV. None of this headlines should come as a warn, considering Toyota’s settled goal of hybridizing the complete model line and the explanation in Detroit which destiny variety would expected fall under a Prius sub-family insideof Toyota.
