2005-06 Hummer H3 3.5L Dynomax Kit:19425 Designation Instructions
NOTE: Review all instructions prior to starting any work.
1. Remove the O.E. front pipe/muffler/tail pipe assembly from the car. Lubricate a rubber isolators with WD-40, or a similar liniment, to assist in stealing a rod hangers. A O.E. system will not come off in asingle square. Cut the compleme nt in between the rear axle and the muffler. Both pieces will afterwards come off easily.
2. Install DynoMax front middle siren 54374. Insert the rod hanger into a rubber isolator upon a RH frame. Finger tighten a nuts upon the inlet flange connection to the converter pipe.
3. Install DynoMax over-axle siren 54375. Insert the front as well as rear rod hangers into the appropriate rubber isolators on the R.H. frame as well as center cross-member. Use asingle of a 2???” rope clamps supposing to continuous 54375 to 54374. Only finger tighten the clamp right rightaway.
4. Install DynoMax Ultra Flo SS dual outlet scarf 17556. Insert a metal rod hanger into a rubber isolator upon the L.H. frame. Makeuseof the other 2???” band clamp to connect a muffler to the outlet pipe 54375.
5. Beginning at the estuary finish, bring into line all components as well as tighten all a clamps.
