1999-2005 Ford F-250/350 Super Avocation Pickup Undercarriage Designation Instructions

4. Position a rodnut (Ref 19) by the front of the truck frame rail, above the draw hooks, with a front access hole. Secure rod nut to front hole in hanger plates with bolts (Ref 17) and washers (Ref 15). NOTE: It may be necessary to adjust the fender height to accommodate a rodnut installation. NOTE: The haze lamp harness (if applicable) is routed tighten to a drivers side hanger image, do not splash wire between a hanger plate as well as truck support.
5. Mount a pull lamp (Ref 1) block with the bottom of any hanger image using bolts (Ref 11), washers (Ref 12) as well as nuts (Ref 13). Tie the pushbeam hardware to torque specifications.
6. Turn a pushbeam with the floor and torque a hanger plate hardware.
7. Mark the center indicate with an 11/16” drill by the top, center bushing upon each hanger plate. Drill a pilot hole through a core symbol with the smaller bit, as well as then an 11/16” hole completely through the support wall on each side of the vehicle.

Place the light building into a pockets and relock a pins. Mount any Plow Headlight to a light building with the hardware kit provided.
11. Block the connectors from a snowplow headlights into a connectors on a car handle harness. Adjust both lights with a plow in the raised position.
