Porsche: Celebrating 60 years of prolongation in Stuttgart-Zuffenhausen

Stuttgart-Zuffenhausen. That literally equatesto Porsche as well as they have been rightaway celebrating 60 years of prolongation at which location. Congrats!
It all started back in 1938, when Porsche changed a Pattern and Construction bureau from downtown Stuttgart to several brandnew buildings in the District of Zuffenhausen. Once a move was finished, Volkswagen Beetle prolongation began. Despite the confidence surrounding the Beetle’s launch, Universe Fight II altered all.
After the fight, the company proposed to build a 356 in Gm?nd, Austria – though this was never the permanent resolution. So in 1950, with a US Troops still occupying the plant in Zuffenhausen, Porsche rented a production hall from Reutter & Co. GmbH Coachbuilding. On April 6th, the initial Stuttgart-built 356 rolled off the public line. Only 369 cars were made in 1950, though a model’s success would allow Porsche to open ‘Plant 2? in 1952. 8 years later, a association opened ‘Plant 3?.
Whilst the 356 brought expansion and prosperity, the 911 enabled Porsche to buy Reutter Coachbuilding in 1964. As of today, more than one million Porsches have been built in Stuttgart.
