Removal Procedure (C42)
1. Disconnect a electrical connector (3).
2. Remove a ventilator motor resistor ascent screws (1).
3. Remove a ventilator engine resistor (2) from a ventilator box.
Installation Procedure (C42)
1. Install a ventilator motor resistor (2) to a ventilator box.
NOTE: Use the correct tie in a scold place. Replacement fasteners contingency be a correct partial series for that application. Fasteners requiring deputy or fasteners requiring a use of thread locking compound or sealant have been identified in the service procession. Do not make use of paints, lubricants, or corrosion inhibitors upon fasteners or tie corner surfaces unless specified. These coatings affect tie torque and joint clamping force as well as may repairs the tie. Use the correct tightening method and specifications when installing fasteners in order to equivocate repairs to tools as well as systems.
2. Install a ventilator motor resistor ascent screws (1).
Tighten
Tighten a screws to 1.9 N.m (17 lb in).
3. Connect a electrical connector (3).
